The Olympics have begun for the U.S. women's basketball team, which is on a quest to secure the gold medal.
Robyn Fralick, head coach of the Michigan State University women’s basketball team, shared insights on the immense pressure faced by Olympic athletes in Paris.
“They’re the best of the best because they excel under pressure and perform at the highest level in crucial moments,” Fralick explained. “We often tell our team to stay in the huddle. We believe that managing pressure is something we can do together.”
Fralick added, “Pressure is a privilege at that stage; it means you’ve earned the right to face big moments.”
