CBI Faces Jagan’s Appeal for Foreign Trip

Jagan Mohan Reddy has filed apetition in the CBI court seeking consent to portable to the UK in September tovisit his daughter, who is studying there.

The petition was got today and the CBI filed a counter-disagreement. The CBI’s reply was probably firm.

The CBI lawyer advised the court to deny Jagan’s request for the trip, disagreeing that it could additional delay the ongoing inquiry. The CBI's counter made it clear that Jagan should not be allowable to leave the country under any conditions.

The court has deferred the case and adjourned the verdict to August 27, creating indecision over whether Jagan will be granted approval to travel to the UK. Characteristically, petitions to travel abroad are not deprived of unless there are exceptional conditions, so the outcome of Jagan’s petition remainders to be seen.
