Overview
Supports the diurnal
operations of the Collections Department. Provides accounts delinquent
collections for being guests.
Responsibilities
·
Reviews accounts delinquent aging reports
on a diurnal base to identify tardy checks taking immediate follow- up
·
Connections tardy guests by telephone,
dispatch, and letters according to collections programs with the loftiest
position of professionalism
·
Determines the reason for delinquency and
works cooperatively with guests to resolve
·
Completely and directly documents all
collection sweats for each assigned account
·
Ensures all assigned accounts are managed
in a timely and accurate fashion
·
Communicates regularly with leadership and
peers on the status of accounts and escalations
·
Provides accurate and timely reporting of
performance criteria
·
Reviews and reports collections criteria
daily to track progress against yearly read pretensions
·
Supportscross-functional systems and
brigades
Qualifications
·
High academy parchment
·
2 times of collections, accounts
delinquent, or client service experience
·
Oracle and Salesforce experience preferred
·
Strong verbal and spoken communication
chops
·
Capability to effectively and meetly
affiliate with a variety of individualities or groups on a frequent base
·
Process- inclined with the capability to
problem break, descry patterns, and give advice on troubleshooting
·
Advanced excel chops and an capability to
work on complex data issues
