What you'll be doing
PRIMARY DUTIES AND liabilities

Produce and maintain patient records in
the CRM by icing information proved are accurate and streamlined regularly
·
Execute executive tasks critical to the
progression of cases through the Program
·
insure data integrity
·
Act as a liaise between other members of
the platoon
·
Handling faxes( incoming/ gregarious)
consequently and timely
·
Organize work schedule to round working
hours in multiple time zones
·
Labeling and attaching documents to the
CRM
·
Capability to cover colorful shifts
·
Ad hoc duties as assigned

What your background should look like
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL Conditions
·
Excellent computer chops
·
Minimal 2 times experience in a analogous
executive or data entry part
·
Experience with the SalesForce software(
or experience with a CRM system) an asset
·
Experience with the faxing software( MyFax
or Right Fax) an asset
·
High School Diploma or Post Secondary
training preferred
·
Specialized vocational training or
original combination of experience and education
·
2 times directly affiliated experience
