In a significant move to enhance global educational exposure for depressed scholars, the Karnataka State Higher Education Council( KSHEC) has partnered with the British Council to shoot 30 scholars from Karnataka to the United Kingdom for an immersive literacy experience. Four new educational programmes were launched under this cooperation on Tuesday, marking a major corner in Karnataka’s commitment to furnishing transnational openings to its scholars. These programmes, designed to empower scholars from lower privileged backgrounds, were introduced under a Memorandum of Understanding( scowl) inked in February between KSHEC and the British Council, fastening on artistic exchange and academic collaboration.

 One of the flagship programmes introduced under the cooperation is the Scholars for Outstanding Undergraduate gift( SCOUT) action.
