Higher Education Council( KSHEC) has partnered with the British Council to shoot
30 scholars from Karnataka to the United Kingdom for an immersive literacy

Four new educational
programmes were launched under this cooperation on Tuesday, marking a major

backgrounds, were introduced under a Memorandum of Understanding( scowl) inked
in February between KSHEC and the British Council, fastening on artistic
