MIDLAND, Texas, August 16,
2024 :--AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTS), the company behind the first
space-based pitted broadband network reachable directly by smartphones, is
offering a unique chance for retail shareholders to attend the upcoming
BlueBird 1-5 mission launch at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, Cape
Canaveral, Florida.
The BlueBird 1-5 mission will position
the first five trading satellites, which feature the largest transmissions arrays
ever sent into low Earth orbit. These groundbreaking satellites, designed for
both commercial and government appeals, are in final compositions at Cape
Canaveral and are expected to launch in early September.
A limited number of
shareholders will be chosen through a lottery to attend a welcome receipt and
view the launch. Interested shareholders must apply before 6 p.m. ET on Friday,
August 23, 2024. The exact launch date is still pending, subject to conditions
set by the launch provider, weather and other logistical factors outside of AST
SpaceMobile's control. Those selected will receive more details as the launch
date proceed towards.

To qualify, retail shareholders
must own a minimum of 1,000 shares, have held their shares for at least 12
months, and be current shareholders. A random drawing will decide which
eligible shareholders can attend this historic event.
The timing of the orbital
launch remainders uncertain, depending on factors such as satellite testing,
regulatory approvals, and weather conditions. AST SpaceMobile holds over 3,400
patents & operates cutting-edge producing and testing facilities in Midland,
Texas, covering 185,000 square feet.
